SAVA does not offer exchanges. 

We encourage customers to carefully review your orders prior to purchasing, including shipping address and payment method. Please review all ingredient lists to determine if the flavor profile and contents of the product are suitable before your purchase.

If the product is unopened and within 30 days post-purchase date, our team can help you return your package. Please email [email protected] with your order number. A refund for the product(s), not including shipping costs, will be issued once the package is returned and processed. 

If opened, our team is unable to accept returns due to the nature of our products. We still welcome your feedback at [email protected] with a brief description of your experience.
